Our yoga classes continue! The August yoga class schedule has a couple of changes and is set forth below.
Monday, August 2: 9:30 – 10:30 am
Tuesday, August 10: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Monday, August 16: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Monday, August 23: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Monday, August 30: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Connect your mind body and spirit at the V’s yoga classes. The classes, held in the grassy picnic area, take place on Mondays from 9:00 – 10:00 am. The one hour sessions are taught by our very own Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, Rachel Chadesh. More information is available by clicking here. Childcare is available.
