We welcome friends and neighbors to apply for membership in the VFC.  As we generally have a lengthy waiting list, it is always wise to submit applications as early as possible.    To ensure fairness in processing applications, all Applications for Membership must be delivered to the Village Field Club only via U.S. Mail.   The order of processing, position on the waiting list and time of acceptance are all set by the postmark date of the application submission.  We cannot make any exceptions to this rule.  All applications must be approved by the VFC Board of Directors.

To apply for membership at the VFC, please complete and execute the Application for Membership, available by clicking the link to the left.  Submit the completed Application for Membership and the required Application Fee in the amount of $50 via U.S. Mail only to P.O. Box 477, La Grange, IL 60525.  Applications submitted incomplete or without the Application Fee will not be processed nor will the applicant be placed on the waiting list or considered for membership. We will make every effort to contact the applicants who submit incomplete applications.

Once the application and fee are received, the applicant is placed on our waiting list. We will contact you as soon as membership becomes available.  After that contact date, applicants have ten (10) days in which to submit their one-time, nonrefundable Membership Fee of $400.00.

Membership Dues are payable annually with invoices dispatched in mid-February with payment due in mid-March. There are two classes of active memberships, which are based upon the number of family members living in a Member's household.  For 2010, Membership Dues for a family of two or fewer are $510.00; Membership dues for a family of three or more are $585.00.  All family members listed on an Application for Membership must occupy as their principal residence the address set forth on the Application for Membership.
