In fact, frequent pool exercises are very therapeutic and can help decrease chronic pain due to water resistance and pressure (SOURCE).

The Village Field Club Program
The VFC Water Aerobics Program keeps body and community in mind. Inspired by professional trainer's programs and recommendations, our program offers the most useful and successful exercises to give you a great way to exercise and see results!
Our program extends from Opening Week to Closing Week. There is one one-hour session and one half-hour session each week. But the best part is you do not have to be a member to take classes!
